When it comes to working out and losing weight, the last thing we want is to lose our breasts too. This is a series of 3 chest workout with will help tone, firm up and make your breasts look bigger. Hence, these workouts are essential to give you a firm looking breasts with nice cleavage. These workouts can be done at home or in the gym.

In this video, I have shown you only 1 set of each. For an effective workout and to see results, please perform 3 sets, 10-12reps for each exercise with heavy weights. The entire workout can be completed under 10 minutes.
